Boys ages 12-18 must have a handicap index of 10 or below in order to be able to participate (scoring average of 82 or below).
Girls ages 12-18 must have a handicap index of 15 or below in order to be able to participate (scoring average of 90 or below).
Day 1 of the tournament (June 10 only) of the two days will also be a qualifier for the Optimist International Junior Golf Championship. Day 2 will conclude the 36 hole Future Series Tournament.
Rangefinders are permitted so long as they do not include extra information that may assist the player during play. Examples include slope or wind speed.
Arrival: Players must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their tee time and check-in at the registration table at least 15 minutes prior to their tee time.
Dress Code: Must be observed by players and parents at all times. Appropriate attire for boys is a collared golf shirt, pants or long shorts, and golf shoes or sneakers. Appropriate attire for girls is a collared golf shirt or a golf t-shirt, pants or long shorts, and golf shoes or sneakers. NO JEANS, TANK TOPS, SWEAT SUITS, T-SHIRTS, GYM SHORTS, BICYCLE SHORTS, CARGO SHORTS, HALTER-TOPS, OR SHORT SHORTS WILL BE TOLERATED. All shirts must be tucked in. Golf shoes must have soft spikes. It is imperative that juniors, as well as adults, dress appropriately at all times.
Course Etiquette: Replace divots, repair ball marks, rake bunkers, and properly dispose of trash.
Rules: No more than 14 clubs maximum in your bag. Make sure you have an identifying mark on your golf ball. 15 minutes maximum per hole. Be at tee at least 10 minutes prior to your starting time.
